Service Area: Metro Atlanta and Northwest Georgia
I work eighteen counties from Cartersville. The map shows them; the list below names every county and the cities inside it, because a map is not something a search engine or a screen reader can read.

It does, and I would rather say so than pretend otherwise. A property at the far edge of the area costs more to appraise than one twenty minutes away, because the inspection takes most of a day instead of part of one. That is reflected in the quote, and you will see it before you engage me rather than afterward.
Ad valorem work is confirmed county by county at intake. An appeal is only as good as the local sales data behind it and the local procedure it is filed under, and the counties do not all run their boards the same way. If your county is on this list, ask, and I will tell you straight whether I am the right person for that particular board.
Call anyway. If it is close to the line I will usually take it, and if it is not I would rather point you to someone competent than take an assignment I cannot do well.
You will reach Scott directly. Expect questions about intended use and effective date before a fee is quoted.
