Very good Appraiser and the business. He knows his stuff and he's very knowledgeable about what a house needs for a proper appraisal no matter the condition. He has a contract for customers to check off what the home needs for a more detailed, thorough expectation and doesn't price guage like others. He has the customer's best interest at heart and I highly recommend him.
